When did you start working at Roseberry?
I started working at Roseberry in September 2008.
What is your role in school?
I am a teaching assistant working currently with Key Stage 1. However, I have previously worked in EYFS.
Why did you become a teaching assistant?
I have always wanted to work with young children particularly supporting them in maths and phonics.
What is your favourite subject and why?
U enjoy supporting the young children with their phonics. I find it interesting and so rewarding when they start to read.
Do you have a favourite book?
Fantastic Mr Fox by Roald Dahl.
What is your favourite food?
Lasagne or any pasta dish.
What is your favourite sport?
Netball.
Do you have any hobbies?
Yes, arts and crafts.
What do you like about working at Roseberry?
I came to Roseberry as a young child and returned here to work with some of the teachers who taught me. Although those teachers have gone and have been replaced by new staff now. All the staff at Roseberry have always been supportive and welcoming.
